Travel Team Pre-Season Workout-Boys
Skills session/controlled open gym prior to travel team tryouts.
First hour will focus on skill work with Championship Sports coaching staff.
Second hour will be controlled 3 v 3 play and 5 v 5 open run.
45 minutes with Speed & Agility coach
March 6th & 13th. 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
$10 each session.

45 MINS Conditioning
– Defensive Footwork
– Speed and Agility Training
30 MINS POSITION BRAKDOWN: Post / Perimeter
– Shooting / Ballhandling
30 MINS Game Situation Breakdown
– 2-2 / 3-3: Half Court situations
– Screening / Cutting on offense
– Help / Recover defense
