Morey Courts Fitness Center and McLaren Fitness are staffed with a team of highly trained and professional fitness enthusiasts! Our Fitness Teams have a strong background in the Health and Fitness field and are here to offer you the expertise needed to help you achieve your specific fitness goals. We believe in offering a friendly and exciting environment in which you look forward to coming. Here For You: As a member, a free Fitness Evaluation and exercise program can be designed for you as you strive to meet your fitness goals. The Fitness Team will also assist you with any questions you might have with exercise technique, form or basic nutritional advice. We take great pride in the personal success of our members and we are always open to suggestions to better serve you, our valued member!

Equipment and Amenities

The fitness centers provide a full line of cardiovascular and strength training equipment. This includes: treadmills, elliptical, upright and recumbent bikes, Cybex fitness equipment, Olympic bars and platforms, conventional free weights, stability balls and aerobic equipment as well as a fully equipped group exercise rooms and a Cycling Studio at McLaren Fitness. Additional services and amenities include personal training, group exercise classes, towel service and the use of locker rooms.

Group Exercise, Boot Camps and Instinctive Response Training

Take the challenge and try our innovative BOOT CAMPS.  Certified instructors will work with you on your individual fitness goals.  Boot camps are a mixture of cardio and strength building activities.  Expect to see creative use of heavy ropes, tires, sledge hammers, agility ladders and more!!  ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME.  Classes are available morning & evenings most days of the week.  New boot camp sessions begin monthly.  Drop-in participation is welcome.

Together MOREY COURTS & McLAREN FITNESS offer the largest selection of GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES in the area.  Whether you are a beginner, advanced, young or older…there is a class for you.  All instructors are certified and dedicated to your personal experience. Learn something new!

Attend a Fight or Flight INSTINCTIVE RESPONSIVE TRAINING class. A class dedicated to the development of self defense and physical conditioning based on principles and techniques from multiple martial arts. The structure of the class allows for all ability levels and genders.  This class is ideal for both the average individual looking for knowledge and tools for self protection and also for those who have had an interest in M.M.A. Learn more about the instructors background, click here
