Group Exercise & Fitness Programs


Want to take your fitness to a new level? Then this is for you, all your favorite classes cycling, kettlebell, TRX, and Pro Extreme taken up a notch. These classes are meant to challenge you physically and mentally.
ProSculpt- 2 minutes of weight lifting, one minute of cardio. Time to pump up your workout and tone the way you want with heavy weights! 10s, 15s, 20s pump! No light weights for us! PUSH! Advanced Level
ProExtreme- A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class designed to give you maximum cardio benefits in minimal time spent. Low impact and high impact polymeric movements will be performed in intervals with short rest periods. Each class will be primarily cardiovascular in design with resistance training as a bonus. Our class will be a community environment in which members both support and challenge one another. Our goal will be to exercise the body in scenarios where strength is being challenged, weak¬nesses in coordination or balance are being addressed, and mental forti¬tude and awareness are working together to guide the body to greater gains and success in order to break through physical plateaus. Advanced level
Kettlebell- A Kettlebell is a traditional Russian training tool that has been used since the turn of the century to develop full body conditioning and fitness. This class will incorporate a variety of exercises to enhance muscular and cardiovascular fitness. This class will take basic movements from the regular Kettlebell class and kick it up a notch. Advanced Level
Cycling- Taking a cycling class up a notch more hills, sprints, and intervals. Advanced Level
TRX- Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibity and core stability simultaneously. This original, best-in-class workout system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. This class will take the basic TRX Suspension Training moves and challenge you to the next level. Advanced level

Adult Fitness Program – November 4th to November 18th (Mondays & Wednesdays)

Get back to fitness with activities you actually enjoy. This program will introduce all the amenities Morey Courts has to offer and help participants get back the enjoyment of living an active life. Want to learn more about the right way to workout in a Fitness Center… be introduced to exercise classes without the worry of being the new guy… would you like to get back to tennis, running or even walking but you feel to far removed from the good old days. This program is designed to get you back to your idea of fun.

Nutrition Class – Basic Nutrition for Weight Loss the RIGHT WAY. 

Two hours of basic nutrition, you will learn to read food labels, calculate how many calories you need to function in the day, and learn healthy habits and tricks to shed that last 10 lbs! Remember what and how you eat is eighty percent of the work, and physical fitness is twenty percent, you CANNOT out exercise a bad diet.

Time: 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Cost: $20 members   $25 non-members (sign up with a friend and receive $2 off)
